EVEN SO, STEVE WAS THE CORNERSTONE OF ALANTIS PRODUCTIONS FOUNDED IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA IN 1994. IN MARCH 2005 ALANTIS PRODUCTIONS BECAME INCORPORATED AS LIQUID ICE ENTERTAINMENT. STEVE'S DEDICATION TO INTEGRITY, DETAILS, CREATIVITY IN A NOVEL APPROACH TO SUBJECT MATTERS REMADE MANY TIMES OVER, AND FILMMAKING OVERALL. HE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.

WHEN STEVE PASSED AWAY SUDDENLY IN MARCH 2001 WE WERE LEFT STUNNED AND QUITE HONESTLY FEELING HELPLESS. WE LOOKED TO HIM BECAUSE OF HIS VISION. HE HAD WANTED TO OWN HIS OWN FILMMAKING COMPANY SINCE HE COULD REMEMBER AS A
YOUNG BOY AT THE AGE OF 10 YEARS. HIS DREAM WAS TO PRODUCE FILMS THAT NOT ONLY ENTERTAINED AUDIENCES BUT STIMULATED THEIR THINKING AS WELL. STEVE AND MARK BARTH GOT THEIR START ON THE BERRETTA TELEVISION SHOW DURING THE 1970'S. MARK AND STEVE HAD BEEN A TEAM FOR MANY YEARS AND MARK AND STEVE HAD DEVELOPED AN ABILITY WHEN WORKING TOGETHER NOT UNLIKE AN OLD COUPLE, ONE OF WHOM BEGINS TO SAY SOMETHING THAT THE OTHER ONE ENDS UP FINISHING. DURING THEIR MANY YEARS TOGETHER THEY DEVELOPED A PHILOSOPHY OF DOING BUSINESS THAT STARTED LIKE BUSINESSES OF OLD SUCH AS BUILDING TRUST AND MUTUAL RESPECT WITH THEIR CLIENTS AND BUSINESS ASSOCIATES. BUT IT DIDN'T STOP THERE. TYPICALLY THEY WOULD RESEARCH THEIR CLIENTS TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THEIR PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS, PRODUCTS, HISTORY, AND THE LIKE. BUT THEIR CLIENT BUSINESS PRACTICES ALSO PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE.

I ON THE OTHER HAND HAD SPENT MY LIFE SELLING ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS COMMISSIONED OR OF MY OWN CREATION SINCE THE AGE OF 10 YEARS WITH MY FINE ART AND GRAPHICS CAREER WINDING ITS WAY THROUGH COLLEGE GRADUATING FROM BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY IN 1979 AND THEN BEING INVITED TO TAIWAN TO UPDATE AND WESTERNIZE THE ADVERTISING AT A MAJOR DEPARTMENT STORE INCLUDING INTERIOR AND WINDOW DISPLAY'S AND THEIR DESIGNS IN THEIR DEPARTMENT OF VISUAL MERCHANDISING.
