Hi all, on Tuesday May 1, 2007 my partner Mark and I played tourists in National Treasure 2.
We had a great time and although we were up all night it was well worth it. We went home tired but very happy. The crew and cast were great. Of course as an extra the rule of thumb on a set is to be nice and leave the actors alone, don't take any pictures, and of course do your job right. We believe we did as we did not get "X'd" from any of the scene's that we were in and there were those that did.
We say this not to brag or such but rather as a head's-up to those that think they can goof-off as an extra on a movie set. Fact is you are there to do a job and if you don't do it right you can be removed.
We were hired to do the job, and that's exactly what we tried to do to the best of our ability. So tell all of your friends, family, and co-worker's to go see National Treasure 2 when it is released in December 2007. We hope that we can get more work and experience in this wonderful industry as often as possible. We would definitely be willing to either move or even temporarily re-locate to work in this industry of filmmaking that we love so much.

Here recently during the shooting National Treasure 2 here in SD we found our listing at the South Dakota Film Commission deleted from the catagory of digital production companies, and also production companies. It literally has taken me several days of emailing back & forth to the SD Film Commission Director Lesa Jarding in an effort to get us catagorized as we were and should be. I am currently in the process of checking-out the corrections she has made. As anyone can imagine something like this can really hurt not only one's business opportunities but also their credibility as it makes one look pretty stupid when they aren't listed right with an agency. Most people won't stop to think that ah-ha the agency is the one who dropped the ball not listing that individual or company right. But Lesa has been the best helping us get it all back in order and has made it clear to me that she will make sure this won't happen again.

I think it interesting that it happened just when National Treasure 2 was shooting here. Last October there were 2 local production companies that called us asking us just how we are managing to get out-of-state work. All we said was there are those who know us and call us to either shoot in the region or fly us out-of-state to shoot. We do have sponsor's who have been the best to us and very supportive.
So it is of course our hope that we are developing a very good reputation in this industry of filmmaking as we do love what we do and we hope it shows in the sampling of work we have displayed here on our website's. We take our work seriously but make every effort to have fun with it too.

It is a movie that will bring zing to your day!
